Leadership Behind
Orange Global Solutions

Orange Global Solutions is led by M V Narasimha Rao, a seasoned telecom professional with 18+ years of experience across network deployment, RF integration, quality engineering, and large-scale rollout management. Over his extensive career, he has worked with leading telecom organizations and OEM partners, successfully delivering high-volume projects in dynamic and challenging environments.

Starting his journey as a BTS Engineer and growing into an Implementation Manager, he has overseen end-to-end responsibilities including installation, integration, rollout planning, material coordination, team supervision, project reporting, and site readiness from RFAI to MS2 stages. His strong technical foundation combined with disciplined execution has contributed to the successful rollout of thousands of on-air sites, BTS swaps, and multi-technology integration programs across multiple telecom circles.

He is recognized for his leadership qualities, especially in managing, mentoring, and guiding field teams to achieve project goals with accuracy and on-time delivery. His ability to streamline processes, maintain documentation quality, and ensure compliance with operator and OEM standards has consistently supported smooth and efficient project completion.

With deep telecom expertise and a commitment to professionalism, transparency, and continuous improvement, he brings both technical excellence and operational leadership to Orange Global Solutions.
